Personality/Bio: Andy Trudeau grew up next-door to the Halliwell sisters in San Francisco. As a child he was close to them all, and, as a result, Grams had to frequently wipe Andy's mind of any intentional or unintentional magic he might have witnessed in the Halliwell household. In high school he dated Prue for a short period, and their favourite meeting spot was their special bench swing. After high school, they parted ways and he moved out of his childhood home to Washington, and later to Portland, but he still checks up on Prue. He married, and later divorced, sometime between his college years and before he returned to San Francisco, but he still remains on good terms with his ex-wife, Susan, who didn't drop his last name even after the divorce. Andy now works as an Inspector - the third generation in his family to do so - for the San Francisco Police Department and is coincidentally assigned to almost every police case that involved the Charmed sisters. He works with Darryl Morris as his partner, although he caused quite a bit of "grief" to Darryl by almost always being seemingly ahead of his partner.
When the Halliwell sisters reunite and move back into the Manor after their Grams' death, Prue bumps into him at a hospital. The two of them begin dating shortly thereafter. He is in love with Prue, but while the affection was obviously returned, they eventually break up because Prue can't tell Andy her secret, and because his answer under the influence of her truth spell wasn't the one she wished for. Eventually, Andy discovers that all three sisters are witches, and that they are responsible for saving many people's lives. He finally learns to accept their powers, just as they did before him, and also because he realizes that they only use their powers to save innocent people, and that was why he became a cop. Yet despite the wedge of magic between him and Prue (he can choose to not be included in the magical world, but she can't), their feelings only continued to grow, to the point where Andy could hear Prue's cry of warning while she was in spirit form, and that he could communicate with her for the precious few moments before his spirit disappeared after being killed - almost as if they were soul mates. Prueh went to Tempus and he turned back time so that Prue could save Andy. Andy has proposed to Prue and they are now happily married. After Piper's death, Andy did everything he could to help Prue through it. He knew how hard it was to loose Piper, since he had known her since they were kids, it was hard on him as well.
::Andy had finished up at the station early and decided to go home and surprise Prue with a night out. He walked out and got into his car and made his way home. Once he got home, he parked and walked into the Manor after his shift was over. He hung his coat up and looked around::
"Prue, Honey? Anyone home?"
::He walked in further as he headed upstairs to see if anyone was there. He then made his way up to the attic as he walked in and saw that no one was there. He then walked down to the room he shared with Prue and walked in. He closed the door behind him and went to the closet as he changed his clothes.::

::When he entered Peyton's room he looked around. She had pictures of her and her aunts, and by her bed, she had a picture of her as a baby with Piper and Leo. On her walls there were more pictures of just her and Leo while she was growing up. This was different from his home. Where Piper was alive. Peyton was a cute kid, and Chris thought she looked like he did when he was little::
Maybe I should go to Phoebe's. I don't want anything to happen to Peyton, and if I go alone, maybe I can talk to Phoebe.

::Once the three are in her room, Peyton closes the door so they can talk. Turning back around to face Chris and Sam she sighs::
"Ok, we need to find a way to get the book back. We could go to Phoebe's but you never know who might be there. Unless we bring potions there or something. All I know is if we don't get that book back soon, bad things might start to happen."
::Peyton looked at Chris to see if he had any ideas::

::She smiles at Chris. She's always been alone in this world, or at least to her its seemed that she was pretty much alone. She had her aunts Paige, and Prue and of course her father, Leo. But none of them really talked a whole lot about Piper. Especially Leo it seemed. Which to Peyton was understandable::
I've never had anyone that can tell me everything I want to know about mom. And Chris knows her and grew up with her. He's probably the only one who can tell me certain things about her.
"I think I'll be able to get used to having you around for awhile."

::He looks at the girl who is at the door, and doens't really know who she is or if he trusts her. Peyton seems to know who she is, and seems to be friends, so he then thinks she might be ok::

"Aww hunny you know that you could ask me for anything. I mean I might have to work on getting somethings done but I'd work hard at it."
::Paige said with a smile. She snuggled into his arms, pressing herself close against him. She kissed his softly, letting the kiss linger on for a few moment before breaking it slowly.::
"I know that you have charges and that you worry over them. Of course I understand that but you are my fiancee and the father of our kids and I worry for your safety. You know I'm going to continue to do that."
::Paige sighed and lowered her head. She looked down at the floor and just sort of became quiet, standing there thinking.::
"Just please but very careful and if you have to, orb yourself and the charge here. I mean after all I'm one of the Charmed Ones."
::She tried to smile but it came out sort of small.::
"Yea, Wyatt has been on a little demon killing kick lately. Not sure what is wrong with that guy."

::Kyle chuckled as she punched his arm lightly and he then snaked his arms around her waist smiling.::
"I know, aren't I?"
::He joked and kissed her again. He loved Paige over anything else, and he knew that they were meant to be togheter. Sure he also knew that their would be easier and harder times in their lifes; but he knew that they could win over them.::
"Good thing I don't ask you for those things then."
::He said with a half charming half taunting smile. When she spoke he gave her a kind and genuine look then said::
"thanks Paige, but I have charges to attend too. And if the demon attacks again Ill orb here, alright?"
::With a light grin on his face as to assure her that he would be fine and that she shouldn't worry. He obviously knew that there was no way that she wouldn't worry anyway, but he had to try anyway. When she spoke again about the book he shrugged and said::
"I barely keep track on where it goes nowadays. Just a couple of days ago I was gonna look for some demon and then Wyatt had borrowed it."

::Paige laughed and punched him in the arm gently.::
"Ooooh! Aren't you funny! I love you and I can't allow you to be hurt. You know that."
::She sighed and the look he gave her still made her face blush and her body go all warm with goose bumps. Kyle was the only one that has ever made her feel that way.::
"With the look you give me I could probably allow anything from you and I've never known anyone that has ever been able to make me feel the way that you do."
::Paige took the time to gain her composure back. It took a moment or two but she finally did. She cleared her throat looking at him.::
"I know they'd never allow that which means you'll just have to stick around here with me so that we can do this together."
::Paige nodded to his question. He knew the book was upstairs which made her look at him a moment with her head tilted.::
